She sees adults and children for everyday and long-term care, and as a USCIS-designated civil surgeon she performs every immigration medical exam personally. Either way, she takes the time to explain, answers questions without rushing, and makes sure you leave knowing what comes next.

Are you accepting new primary care patients?
Yes. Adults and children are welcome, and you do not need a referral. Call or book online to schedule your first visit.
Can I see you for both primary care and my immigration exam?
Yes. Dr. Huma Irshad is a primary care physician and a USCIS-designated civil surgeon, so she can perform your Form I-693 exam and continue as your regular doctor afterwards.
How do I book?
Use the online booking page or call (917) 905-8140. Both primary care visits and immigration exams are booked the same way.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00, at 15 E 40th St, Suite 201, New York, NY 10016.
Can I bring an interpreter?
Yes. We see patients from every background and you are welcome to bring an interpreter or family member.
