Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We welcome new adult and pediatric patients, and no referral is needed.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, a list of your current medications and doses, and any recent records, lab results or vaccination records you have.
Do you see children?
Yes. As a family medicine practice, we care for adults and children.
Can I come in when I am sick?
